    骑楼老街那边游客确实多,但是租金也不便宜。从200做到3000太励志了!

      海南粉确实是个好品类,成本低利润高。关键味道要地道,游客买了还会推荐。

          骑楼那边确实流量大!我之前在中山路附近开过一个奶茶店,位置好的话一天的客流比商场还猛。不过骑楼现在的租金也在涨,一个小店面月租已经到8000了。博主这个海南粉定价多少?翻台率怎么样?想参考一下。

            博主说的外卖运营那段太真实了!我在海甸岛开小吃店,美团抽成23%,基本不赚钱。后来我干脆不做外卖了,专注堂食加微信群接龙预定,反而利润上来了。骑楼那边的游客多,做小红书的探店引流效果应该比外卖平台好。

              骑楼那边租金确实不便宜,但人流量是真的高。我朋友在水巷口开了个清补凉店,20平米一个月8000,旺季一天能卖200多碗。关键是要选对品类,游客多的地方卖海南特色小吃基本不愁客源,但一定要注意卫生和口味稳定。

                楼主从200到3000这个增长太真实了!做餐饮最重要的就是回头客。我也是做小餐饮的,发现一个规律:前三个月基本是在熬,但只要东西好吃、价格合适,三个月后老客带新客就会慢慢起来。另外大众点评和抖音一定要做,骑楼那边游客多,很多人都是搜了才去的。

                  作为文昌鸡忠实爱好者必须说一句,海南粉的灵魂是卤汁啊!我在海口吃了二十几年粉,骑楼那边游客多但回头客少,楼主能做起来真不容易👍 下次去骑楼一定去店里尝尝

                    从200到3000这个增长太励志了!我最近也在考虑在骑楼附近开个咖啡店,但感觉那边都是游客生意,淡季怎么办?楼主能分享下淡季的客流情况吗?大概全年下来旺季占多少

                      哈哈哈我也是骑楼吃货,说不定还去你店里吃过!说真的骑楼那边竞争确实大,能活下来的店都有两把刷子。楼主有没有考虑做抖音团购?我看骑楼附近做团购的店流量都不错
